Janice Lynch has been with Peddock Capital over seven years and keeps our office running smoothly by managing day-to-day operations for the firm, overseeing financial matters, contract negotiations, marketing efforts and support of our clients. Prior to joining Peddock Capital, Janice spent over 30 years with Beacon Communities, LLC and held the positions of Director and then Vice President of Marketing, overseeing marketing and revenue growth for a multifamily portfolio of over ten thousand apartment homes across eleven states.

Janice earned an Associate Degree in legal studies at Aquinas College and attended Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management, studying Business Administration and Marketing. She is a Certified Employee Engagement Professional.

Janice loves spending her free time with family and friends. Her interests lie in gemology and continuing to learn about precious metals and stones. She is an avid power walker and skier and enjoys skiing out west.
